Credit and Commerce Policies

Terms: Pharma Supply, Inc. has a strict, no nonsense policy on terms. Pharma Supply, Inc. reserves the right to give credit to whom they feel are qualified and approved customers. Pharma Supply, Inc. accepts Wire Transfer, C.O.D. (certified bank check or cashiers check only) Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Prepayment is required from any customer not within the United States. Upon credit approval your order will be shipped net 30 days. Payments are due 30 days from the date of the invoice. Any customer past due 30 days will be placed on credit hold. Any customer 60 days past due will immediately be sent to collections. On hold customers will not be shipped anymore orders until all overdue invoices are paid in full.

Freight: The method of transportation will be selected by Pharma Supply, Inc. unless otherwise specified arrangements are made by the customer with Pharma Supply, Inc. Freight charges will be added to your invoice. This also applies to all backorders. If you request anything other than regular ground shipping, it must be noted on the customer’s purchase order.

Backorders: All backorders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of goods. Items will not be canceled unless specified by customer. Pharma Supply, Inc. is not required to inform the customer of a backorder, but will make any and all attempts within reason to do so.

Returns and Damages: Before signing Bill of lading or UPS/Fedex documents carefully inspect all merchandise for any shortages or damages. If any shortages occur, please make a notation on the bill of lading or UPS/Fedex document, then notify Pharma Supply, Inc. immediately. If damages occur, please make a notation on the bill of lading or UPS/Fedex document, then contact Pharma Supply, Inc. Please notify any discrepancies within 5 working days of receipt of product. If we are not notified within this time period credit may not be given. We do not accept returns for any other reason than damages.
